2019 FAIR DATES
The 2019 Red River Valley Fair runs Tuesday, July 9th through Sunday, July 14th.
During the Fair, ATMs are located conveniently throughout the fairgrounds. Exact locations are noted on the free grounds maps available at the Fair Information Building during the fair, or on the mobile app.
During the off-season, an ATM is located in the Schollander Pavilion, Hartl Building and in the Grandstand Area.
BABY CARE CENTER
During the Fair, the Essentia Health Baby Care Center is located in the Hartl Building.
The Essentia Health Baby Care Center is available to take care of your little ones for diaper changing, nursing and feeding. In addition to the Essentia Health Baby Care Center, baby changing stations can be found in all restrooms on grounds.
The Red River Valley Fair Association prohibits unauthorized operation or use of any unmanned aerial vehicle on or above the Red River Valley Fairgrounds.
This includes all Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, commonly known as “drones,” regardless of commercial or recreational purpose. Any UAV(s) observed at or near the Red River Valley Fairgrounds will be reported to local law enforcement and the Federal Aviation Administration. Please be advised that violation of this policy will result in immediate ejection from the Red River Valley Fair Association’s premises and may subject the violator to a criminal trespass warning or arrest for those who fail to comply.

FREE for Children ages 4 & under

Gate admission prices – Valid Wednesday, July 11 – Sunday, July 15:
$10.00 for Adults (ages 12+)
$5.00 for Children (ages 6-11)
FREE for Children ages 5 & under
GATES - RE-ENTRY
You can re-enter the Fair on the same day as long as you get your hand stamped before exiting the gates.
All Grandstand Entertainment is FREE with your paid gate admission.
Concerts start at 8:00 pm and Auto Racing starts at 6:00 pm.
Free maps and brochures, including entertainment schedules, are available at the Fair’s Information Building.
In addition, the friendly, knowledgeable staff inside this building pride themselves on knowing the answer to every question and helping to make your visit more enjoyable. If they don’t know the answer, they will find it out for you!
LOST & FOUND
The Lost & Found station is located at the Information Building.
Anyone looking for lost articles should check at this location during the Fair from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. or call (701) 282-2200.
Items found between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. should be turned in at the Sheriff’s Building.
MEDICAL AID + PUBLIC SAFETY
The Medical Aid stations provide first aid for minor ailments, all six days of the Fair.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Department provides security services at all times the Fair is open.
MEGA PASS IDS
Redeem your Mega Pass ticket for a Picture ID Card at the Red River Valley Fair Office June 25th to July 3rd (weekdays) from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
During the Fair, redeem your Mega Pass ticket at the Mega Pass Mobile Office at the Main Gate ONLY.
Mega Ride Pass is non-transferable and not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discounts. Mega Ride Pass is good for one person only.
PETS + SERVICE DOGS
During the six days of the Red River Valley Fair, pets are not allowed on the fairgrounds, with the exception of service dogs defined by the ADA or animals approved as part of an exhibition. Service dogs are those that have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.

During the non-fair period, pets are welcome provided they are confined or on a leash, no longer than six feet. For some non-fair events, however, pets may not be allowed. Contact the Special Events Coordinator at the Fair Office at (701) 282-2200 for information on specific events.
RIDES + WEATHER
The Fair will remain open as long as possible during bad weather. At times, it may become necessary to temporarily close some rides if conditions are deemed unsafe to operate, but will reopen as soon as possible. This is determined by the Murphy Brothers Exposition and the Red River Valley Fair.
The Red River Valley Fair Association strives to accommodate everyone who visits. For the comfort of all, conveniently designated smoking areas have been established within the fairgrounds. Smoking is permitted only in those areas, which are denoted on the Fairgrounds maps and with signs at designated locations. In addition, to those designated areas, Red River Valley Fair parking lots and campgrounds are also locations where smoking is permitted.
WHEELCHAIR + STROLLER RENTAL
During the six days of the Red River Valley Fair, wheelchairs can be borrowed, with a picture ID at the Information Building, located on the fairgrounds.
Strollers can be rented at the Information Building, located on the fairgrounds.
