For three fun filled weekends in June and July, the Red River Valley Fairgrounds hosts the Red River Valley Fair. Then, for three days in September, we host the biggest farm show in the Midwest – the Big Iron Farm and Construction Show. But the rest of the year, the Red River Valley Fairgrounds plays host to a myriad of events. Horse shows to antique shows. Weddings to retirement parties. Corporate meetings to concerts.

We offer a wide variety of excellent facilities available for use throughout the year. Plus acres of free parking, and a convenient location, the Red River Valley Fairgrounds is perfect for you and your guests.

Butler Machinery Arena

Butler Arena is the largest building on the Red River Valley Fairgrounds. Renovated in 2021, this multi-purpose facility now has a concrete layout making it perfect for conventions, markets, weddings, and so much more! Plus, Butler Arena has one Conference Room, perfect for smaller meetings or conferences.

Butler Arena can be arranged for any event, any way you want! This picture shows a wrestling event set-up.

Butler Arena is a great spot for weddings! Can accommodate many guests, but can also be sectioned off for a more intimate atmosphere.

Hartl Ag Building

Hartl Ag Building has more than 9,500 square feet featuring a kitchenette and renovated restrooms. Perfect size for weddings, conferences, events, and much more!

Hartl Building can be decorated and set-up anyway you want to see your event! We will work with you to find the set-up perfect for you and your event!

Conferences and large meetings are also welcome at the Hartl Building!
